⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️<br>Mr. Forde did an excellent job repairing our bathroom ceiling and removing mould from the window frames caused by a leak upstairs. He was professional, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy. The ceiling looks as good as new, and we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommended!

A truly Supportive and professional service from a Family Run Business - Thank you Amber Group.<br><br>We recently had an issue with our Electrics which meant we had no heating, hot water, Cooker or washing machine and all the plug circuit down stair was not working and Amber Group provided the most amazing service.<br>It happened on a Sunday afternoon - but I was able to speak with a person - not an answer machine who suggested things we should try initially. We could not resolve ourselves and Amber went out of their way to sort out a visit first thing Monday Morning.<br><br>The Electrician arrived promptly and fixed the issue including getting our boiler back up and running , despite a continuing issue - which has since resolve.<br><br>An Amazing service from a great team Special thanks to Luke whom I deal with on Sunday and George the amazing electrician.

One of the most reassuring aspects of working with the Amber Group is that, as someone with no building experience myself, I've never felt we've been pushed into a more expensive or unnecessary option. There has always been a conversation about quality vs cost efficiency, and I've always been happy without the outcome. I've never felt I'd been fleeced, and the team have always taken the time to explain anything I didn't understand.

The Amber Group has been looking after this flat so well over the years.<br><br>Two weeks ago, when I went to turn on the central heating for the first time since last Spring, it didn't work.<br><br>Tom diagnosed the problem within about 10 minutes - the pump had packed up.<br><br>Then Kenny came along with two electric heaters (which meant I could take off a couple of layers of clothes!) and next day turned up with Paul with a new pump. The pump is situated in the most inaccessible place in the airing cupboard - but with great skill (and innovation), they removed the ex-pump and installed the new one.<br><br>Paul also gave some great tips about how I should use the boiler so that the new pump wouldn't seize up.<br><br>The three of them, top blokes and top engineers.<br><br>Malcolm in Putney

Response to the problem was quick and the staff did their best to adjust to my availability.<br>Once they came to fix the problem, they had to first collect replacements parts, hence they returned two days afterwards.<br><br>Personally, I'm happy with the service and both Andy and his senior staff (whose name I didn't catch, I apologise) worked well and we're very nice. Thumbs up to both :)

Excellent service<br>Telephone answered by a human and not only that an efficient polite one! Called this morning telephone answered swiftly both times, two appointments tomorrow and an offer of trying to get one today. You get what you pay for, not the cheapest, but in our view, having used many times, the best.

I had the pleasure of having Andy fix my toilet, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Not only did he do an excellent job with the repair, but he also showed incredible kindness and compassion. While he was here, I was dealing with a personal issue unrelated to the plumbing work, and he took the time to check in on me, offering genuine support and helpful advice. It wasn’t part of his job, but it showed the kind of person he is—someone who truly cares about others.<br>His professionalism and kind heart make him stand out.
