Fantastic service. I called at 9:30am because my elderly mum’s boiler had stopped working and she had no heating or hot water — on the coldest day of the year so far. Leanne was like a knight in shining armour! She arranged for an engineer to come out by 12pm the very same day. The engineer arrived on time, was polite and professional, and quickly fixed the problem. I couldn’t recommend this company more. Thank you!

Have used various services of the Amber Group since purchasing my Westminster apartment which needed updating. They have delivered an excellent service over the years in plumbing, electrical, remodeling bathrooms and kitchen. They worked very well with my architect as we saw through various renovations.
They are reliable, friendly and I believe price themselves very fairly.

A big thanks to Paul and his young apprentice for the work they did installing a new water pump. They were knowledgable and professional, and were happy to accomodate extra requests (putting up a bathroom mirror and fixing a loose toilet seat).

After several years receiving first class service from the AMBER Marcella company I had today my boiler serviced. Once again I was most impressed by the reliability and punctuality of pre-arranged appointment. The service engineer was most polite, friendly and highly competent in explaining technical details I have/had no knowledge of. We have just had an upgrade of our existing and installation of new radiators. The intensive work rate, tidiness and innovation when faced with an existing central heating system challenges was commendable. We had a toilet issue at Bonjour Epsom French Café, and The Amber Group came to the rescue. Luke and his team were fantastic—quick to respond, very professional, and incredibly thorough.
