Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the new vinyl fitted today and the remedial action taken by David to correct the door(s). We really appreciate his efforts as I know it ended up being a much bigger job than anticipated with a couple of return visits after the coats of screed had dried etc.

Your fitters arrived at the appointed times , were invariably cheerful , laid the carpets to a high professional standard and left the areas clean and tidy .

My husband and I wanted to email you just as a thank you. We received our Novilon order as planned on Friday morning. Delivery was on time and the staff was very nice.
Unfortunately we haven't had time to lay it yet but we are very pleased with the overall order and the price agreed. We will definitely order the remaining flooring from you again!

Although the bedroom carpet is beautiful and just as lovely as I could have wished, the new kitchen flooring is really special. I would like to say how grateful I am to Andy who advised and laid the tiling and edging with such care and craftsmanship. The new floor really is perfectly designed for my kitchen and utility room with the trim surround flowing beautifully out into the extra space of the smaller room.
The flooring has more than enhanced the kitchen and made the atmosphere quieter as well – a really unexpected bonus. It will be a pleasure for many years to come.

Everything was fitted on 1st August. I would like to say how pleased am with everything, especially the curtains which know I was not quite sure about the colour. They look really good - add a warmth to the room. Also the blind in the kitchen - so much better than my old one. I would like to to pass on my thanks everyone and especially to the man who fitted everything. He was thoroughly professional and especially hung the curtians beautifully. A really good job

Ours was a real success story, thanks to you. The carpet fitters were wonderful and did a fantastic job – such a skill fitting the entire downstairs out of one piece – still don't know how they managed it! (My parents want theirs fitted by him when they have theirs done in the new year – they'll be in to see you shortly!)

I just thought I would write and say how pleased we are with the beautiful new carpets, laid yesterday. The fitters did a very good service, moving furniture for me and putting it all back again afterwards, as well as vacuuming. The two gentlemen who came later to refit two of the internal doors were quick and efficient with no mess!
So I should like to say thank you for all your help and organisation of the choosing and laying of the carpets and I look forward to seeing you again later in the autumn with the thought of new carpets for the bedroom (as already measured up).

On Thursday of last week you fitted a carpet to the house I was vacating. Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the fuss-free way in which the job was done, in spite of complications, and all without anyone being there to supervise. Terrific job, nicely done, instructions followed perfectly. No hiccups, no drama, first class service from the moment we walked into your showroom. Such a contrast with the other places we tried.
