After I smashed my face into the Welsh countryside after a cycling event (Grinduro Wales) my worst fear was visiting the dentist but everyone at Alan Wilson Dentistry was so friendly and they did a fantastic job fixing me up only a few days after my crash. I will now be visiting as part of regular check ups.

When I registered with Alan Wilson Dentistry and had my first appointment with Alan, he asked me if I had every considered Invisalign. I will admit I was reluctant, as I thought it was a lot of hassle at my age (!) and it probably wouldn’t make much difference. He just said why don’t you just have a consultation and see what we could do, I think you will be pleasantly surprised? If you go ahead then the cost of the consultation comes off of the overall cost so it seemed sensible to look into it further. When I met Lee she was so friendly and positive of the difference she could make to my teeth. I had a scan and I saw a simulation of what my teeth would look like if I went ahead with the treatment, which is amazing to be able to see in advance as I was still a bit sceptical. Lee ran through the treatment plan and payment options and I knew I had to take the plunge! I have to admit it was all so straightforward and I soon got used to the routine and started to see a difference quite quickly. The staff team are all so nice and welcoming and the practice is so lovely its really not like visiting the dentist at all! The time has just flown by.
I am thrilled with the results. Lee even said it has made me look younger, which has to be a bonus! If you are thinking about it, I would definitely make the call to get an appointment with Lee!

Excellent service and brilliant skills from Dr Alan and his team. From reception staff to hygienist, they are utmost helpful, friendly and efficient. I can truly trust Dr Alan's decision making and processes. I was very fortunate to find this dental clinic as it's quite difficult to find the good dentist now days. Highly recommended.

Top quality service. Staff is friendly and helpful. My wisdom tooth had to be extracted and Deborah has done an excellent job.
They have kept me well informed and they have reached out the upcoming day of the extraction. I have never experienced such an active follow up from a dentistry before.

I have just finished treatment with Lee the Specialist Orthodontist at Alan Wilson Dentistry. I had originally spoken to Alan about having composite bonding to help level and align my teeth but he advised that I would be better to have orthodontic treatment so referred me to Lee. I am so glad that I listened to Alan and opted to do teeth straightening treatment rather than have composite bonding as the results of this are better than I could of imagined!
I chose to have fixed ceramic braces as they fitted in with my lifestyle better than other options like Invisalign. I was so surprised at how discreet they were - a lot of my friends didn't even notice I had braces! I had my braces taken off last week and I haven't stopped smiling since - my teeth are AMAZING and I couldn't be happier with the results!

I don’t normally write reviews but in this case I believe it’s worth sharing my experience with others, so I’m making this exception for two reasons:

I have been to quite a few dental practices in my life, and I did a lot of digging around to try and find the best option for my recent dental problem, but this clinic is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best one I have seen (and I’m speaking for my child here too). I was treated with the utmost care, professionalism and attention to detail for a treatment that would normally be far from pleasant. I felt no pain at all, had a clear understanding of everything that was taking place which was very reassuring and in smartly designed, high-tech surroundings. I’m also continually impressed with the modernity of the clinic and their equipment. They simply exceeded my expectations.
2. The people working here simply love their job and along with their expertise, they make a great team. The professional yet fun environment reflects their commitment to quality dentistry, and as a patient, I found this extremely reassuring. I feel safe and in good hands. Thank you !

Alan and his team exemplify everything you could possibly ask for (and more) from a dental practice. I found myself in an unfortunate situation regarding an implant that was sited many years ago in the US. Alan and his team arranged to see me and although couldn't help my predicament at that time, they went above and beyond by consulting the manufacturer of said implant to help identify specialists in the area who work with this brand and could help. Alan even phoned me a couple times to keep me updated on the progress. Ironically, one of the specialists happened to be a bi-weekly visiting periodontist at Alan's practice so I didn't have to travel far! Everyone including reception and nursing staff were so courteous and professional and this even emanates through a phone call. I will be recommending my family and friends to this gem of a practice.

So pleased to have found Alan Wilson Dentistry! I recently moved to Epsom and spent ages researching where to register; the other 5 star reviews convinced me this was a great choice and I wasn't disappointed! I hadn't been to the dentist in ages and suspected some work needed to be done - Alan was so friendly, explained everything so clearly and answered any questions I had. Can not recommend this dentist enough - extremely high quality work and exceptional standards of customer care.

Alan Wilson dentistry is the most fantastic practice! Every member of the team is a star and as a particularly anxious patient myself, they never fail to put me at ease. I most recently went in to have my wisdom tooth removed and the whole experience was a breeze and testimony to what an excellent dentist Alan is. Alan has treated myself and my family for many years and we would never go anywhere else! Sandra and the dental nurses go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, always turning a trip to the dentist into an absolute pleasure.

Clare is my favourite hygienist, she’s a gentle, calm, lovely person. She even gave me a great lesson on how to use an electric toothbrush! I then went on to teach my Mum and my Aunt when I returned to Australia :) The practice is modern and all the staff I met were friendly and professional. You can’t help but be in a good mood when you meet Sandra at the front desk.

Scared of the hygienist? Well no longer! I was one of those people who had been brutalised by them in the past but Alan persuaded me to try his, Claire, I truested him even though I'd only just met him and I can tell you he was 100% right. Clare was personable, gentle, explained everything as she wetn along, checked in that I was ok and I honestly felt completely relaxed, more like getting a beauty treatment . I am been super impressed with the whole set up so far, a off to have some work done by Alan tomorrow and already know it'l be as equally a pleasant experience, thankk you Alsn Wlison Dentistry!

I followed Alan down to Epsom, and in fact, find it easier to get there than to cross London.
My first major treatment from him previously was a dental implant - which was completed immaculately. I have the highest regard for both Alan's technical skill as well as his attention to, and thoroughness regarding, my overall dental health. He is meticulous in explaining what he is doing, as well as the options and issues going forward.
On top of all that, he's a charmin' fella!

I could not recommend Alan Wilson Denistry enough. I have been to a number of different practises before but everything about Alan Wilson's from the relaxed environment, the front of house team and all the staff are just incredible. I had my initial appointment with one of the dentists, Debbie who was so thorough and informative. She blew up pictures on the TV screen to show me my xrays to show what I would need done and took the time to explain why which I have never recieved anywhere else. I have since returned for my hygiene appointment with Claire. I was instantly at ease and my 45 minute appointment flew by completely pain-free and my teeth have never felt so good. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now.

A fantastic, friendly and delightful dentist service. My family (two young kids, wife and I ) have been going to Alan Wilson Dentistry since it first opened. They are such a wonderful team that always make us feel tremendously well looked after. The kids are so comfortable with them and my wife and I get superb treatment for whatever we need. I've just had one of my regular check-ups and they have taken every single precaution to ensuring a clean and safe environment during the midst of Covid-19. I can't recommend them enough.
