If you are considering opening a small business in Seaford, Natasha’s story offers a useful reminder to test your plans against difficult trading conditions, not just the outcome you hope for.
Excellent service. Dave was quick to respond to my query and was very helpful and informative. The FRA was carried out without delay and I received the report within 24 hours. I was really impressed and would recommend Southern Fire Risk to anyone needing an FRA at relatively short notice.
I've seen and liked Dave's reports for other landlords and decided to give him a go after dealing with a variety of others in this field and have to say he is a breath of fresh air. After learning about his previous life in the Police it was clear that this gives his reports an extra layer of perspective. I genuinely found him to be an engaging and thorough assessor. He is now my go to for FRA's.
