After months without a proper break, I was feeling exhausted, tense and desperately in need of some time to recharge. The Autumn Reset Mini Retreat with Nadia came along at just the right moment.
The outdoor swimming, hot tub and sauna were wonderful, but the sound bath and breathwork were completely new experiences for me. I was admittedly a little sceptical beforehand, but Nadia's calm, reassuring nature and gentle guidance made everything feel completely natural.
I can't pinpoint exactly which part of the experience made the difference, but I genuinely feel so much better today. It was exactly the reset I needed without having to take several days away.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by Nadia, very friendly, professional, kind, softly spoken and has incredible knowledge based on what she’s speaking about. It’s made clear from the start it’s your treatment and she will work around you, great for healing the mind and body. The oils she used is scented with lavender and bergamot so it’s very peaceful.
