Where to start?! SMS was really helpful when it came to dealing with my computer and the issues surrounding it, even when they were busy dealing with others they still had time to answer my questions and I left feeling at ease knowing that my computer was in safe, professional hands. The customer service is fantastic, with someone being close to a phone at all times, and they are always prompt with updates regarding the issues you have. I never once had to call asking for an update on the situation. The pricing is very competitive and reasonable. I think you would be hard pushed to find somewhere that offers prices like these and have the same level of professionalism. Overall SMS is a business that I know that, whatever problems I have or questions I would like to ask, I know that there will be a helpful member of staff on the other end willing and able to help. Very trustworthy staff who know what they are doing. I fully recommend this business whatever your technological needs may be.
