I went to see Matt because I was having difficulty getting over a relationship. There were all sorts of problems associated with obsessiveness, jealousy and a broken heart. However, upon examination , I realised that my bigger problem was, in fact, alcohol dependency. Once we had sorted this out, through hypnosis, the failings of the last relationship seemed insignificant. I am now dating again, and, for the most part, dry. I am having the occasional drink, but it doesn't rule me. Matt was very supportive and caring, and really knew his stuff.
