I saw Matthew Hall at his Ealing Broadway clinic in January. I wanted to give up smoking and build my self-esteem. The results have been remarkable.I have been smoke free for 70 days, and I have been able to put my views clearly to my boss. As a result I don't feel ignored and have much better job satisfaction.
