It's weird. I had been tied into a pattern of using drugs to keep me awake, and alcohol to help me sleep, for years. But I saw Matthew for hypnosis in October - and I have completely lost interest in both drink and drugs. I have been able to hold down a job and I feel a lot happier in myself too. Hypnosis has been transformational for me.
