I'll make no bones about it. I was getting pretty fat. My meals were ok, but the drinking and snacking were to blame. I would sit down with a bottle of wine to watch a film, and after the wine would lay into the chocolate and cakes. Things that I hate - but drinking makes me so hungry. Hypnotherapy changed that. I gave up chocolate and cut down my wine intake. I have lost 16 lbs and feel healthier too. Thank you Matthew
