19th March 2017
... Comments

Friday 17th March was World Sleep Day. The journal 'Sleep' published research involving over 30,000 people. They concluded that sleeping well gives a mood boost similar to that of winning £120, 000.

They state that poor sleep has an effect on excessive alcohol consumption, smoking, obesity, and lack of motivation for physical activity. They urge people to find ways of avoiding pills and  inducing natural sleep.

For a hypnotherapy service that can not only help with insomnia, but also with drinking, smoking and obesity - please see www.effectivehypnosis.co.uk and our testimonials on www.thebestof.o.uk/local/ealing .
