Healthista surveyed over 2000 women to find out their attitudes to their bodies and diet plans. There is, of course, a Healthista diet plan promoted, but these are some of the figures: -
* Two out of three were not happy with their bodies.
* 41% had tried a new diet in 2016, but had given up due to lack of motivation.
* 33% had tried three diets in2016.
* 50% wanted to lose a stone in weight.
* 33% wanted to lose at least 1.5 stones
The reasons given for failure to stick with a diet plan were feeling deprived, bored and hungry.
