 From 2012 to 2014 there was a 200% inrease in Childline counselling sessions about exam stress. And it doesn't stop there - after schooldays there are university and professional exams to worry about.

1. Breathe - in for a count of four, out for a count of four. Repeat.

2. Walk - exercise relieves stress, provides a change in the environment, and encourages creativity.

3. Break. Take study breaks every 45 minutes to keep you fresh and avoid burnout.
