Itâs very true that a small act of random kindness can bring enormous blessing.

It started with a simple tweet from a local mum (@ealingletsgetcooking) who knows a mum-to-be of twins in need of clothing, equipment and baby supplies.

This was picked up by Liz Pilgrim of Baby e and the Pitshanger Playcentre team who compiled a list of needed items and quickly circulated to other local mums in business via Twitter and Facebook social media platforms including Ealing Mums in Business, Ealing NCT, Ealing135, JoanneSumner (Athena network) and The Best of Ealing.

A list was posted on Facebook of required items https://www.facebook.com/babyeboutique and the retweeting and posting began.

One local mum Katie opened her home to receive donations.

The result - an astounding amount of pre-used and new baby items have been donated and the parents to be are overwhelmed with the generosity of the Ealing community.

If you have any items to donate, check the list on Facebook and contact @babyeboutique or @ealingcooking
