Overcoming insomnia in 2020

 The Times today runs an article on Sleep and insomnia. It  talks about many recent surveys and publications - in particular, a survey done by The Times itself, in September 2019.

This shows that a third of us will experience insomnia at some time in our lives. Alcohol and  Work stress are named as the top two factors. 

 They discuss several tried and tested ways of getting to sleep, warn about use of alcohol and caffeine,  and mention a free NHS app on Sleepio, that will introduce users to CBT for insomnia.
