Northfields has for the third year running won the prestigious Gold Award as the Best London Lettings Agency of its size at The Times/Sunday Times Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2013 sponsored by Zoopla. The prestigious award was presented by Karren Brady, (Lord Sugar's right-hand woman on the hit BBC show ‘The Apprentice’) at a dazzling ceremony held at the Lancaster London Hotel on Friday 24 May. Northfield’s standard of excellence was recognised by a panel of independent industry judges who ranked Northfields as the Best Small London Lettings Agency out of a pool of top London Agencies. This latest award is added to Northfields’ already impressive trophy cabinet. As the recipient of 25 national industry awards, Northfields remains the only London agent to win the UK Lettings Agency of the Year coveted trophy in 2010.
