Make your business stand out - just say it with flowers!

Everyone likes to receive flowers in a social context be that for a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary or to say congratulations or thank you.

But did you know that sending flowers to a client can also be a much-appreciated sign of customer service and a valued part of the personal touch that says you really care about their business?

Louise Dutfield of The Cracked Pot flower boutique in Northfield Avenue, Ealing has a number of regular business customers who integrate a floral thank you into their customer service for clients.

Retailer Bang & Olufson send flowers via The Cracked Pot and have received such glowing thanks as this: "I have just received the most amazing bouquet of flowers from you and wanted to say thank you so much. This really is wonderful customer service and I vote you the best retailer I have ever conducted business with."

More recently Transworld Publishers passed onto The Cracked Pot a thank you note from one of their authors who in addition to commenting on the selection and artistic arrangement of the lovely flowers she had received said "thank you for marking the day so happily."

So next time you want to thank someone for their business, why not say it with flowers?
