  Adam Eason has written an article in the current issue of Evolution Ezine (www.evolutionezine.net ) entitled ' How To Use Self Hypnosis To Enhance Your Immune Functioning '.

His earlier research - 'Effects Of Self Hypnosis On Immune Functioning' is required reading on the practitioner course that Matthew Hall, of Effective Hypnosis, followed with the Chrysalis Effect (the Chrysalis Effect aims to help those with chronic fatigue towards recovery).

 In his article Adam details induction techniques that anyone can use to take themselves into a hypnotic trance. He points out that the application of self hypnosis can improve pain managemet, chidbirth, stress, anxiety and immune functioning.
