The Mail on Sunday this week states that one in five people will succomb to depression at some stage in their lives.They say that most will be offered antidepressents, but claim that for 62% they will have no effect.

In 2013  researchers at Ryerson University,Toronto, discovered that depression lifted significantly for those patients whose insomnia was cured - and that tackling insomnia was twice as effective as gving medication or a placebo.,

 Chronic sleep deprivision can result in damage to both physical and mental health. Effective Hypnosis could provide the answer.
