Concerns on Alcohol Consumption

 Alcohol Concern, in an effort to promote their yearly Dry January campaign, has produced a  report of a survey done on 2000 people indicating what time of day they start drinking - the so-called "Wine O'clock".

 93% of women start to drink at 5pm; but,

 10% of men have their first drink between 1pm and 4pm;

 6% of women have their first drink between 1pm and 4pm;

 71% of men have their first drink between 5pm ad 8pm;

 82% of women have their first drink between 5pm and 8pm.

 If you are a seasoned drinker, then you will probably know how to manage your drinking and fit it into your lifestyle. If you are a so-called "Amateur Drinker" ( only out for a Christmas drink and leaving do's) you might find the Christmas Party season hard going - and a dry January might seem quite attractive.
