Anorexia at Christmas
27th December 2017

The Sunday Times ran an article by Laura Freeman, on December 24th, explaining how anorexia had impacted on family Christmases - whilst she was suffering from it.

She explained how anorexia had made every meal a battle for years, how this effected her education, how her body had suffered and how winters became more and more desparate in a starving body that couldn't keep warm. Her story is to be published in a book -"The Reading Cure: How Books Restored My Appetite" in February 2018.

Effective Hypnosis worked with a young lady, on Decemer 23rd, who had a fear of food and got anxious when she ate. She had been diagnised with anorexia. Her mother sent an ecstatic text today stating that she had eaten a full Christmas dinner.
