We recently used the services of Buffets by Design on the recommendation of a friend. The buffet was for a family funeral and was to provide lunch for c 100 people. I am delighted to say that the buffet provided was outstanding value. The quality, variety and quality was exceptional and the positive feedback we had from guests throughout the afternoon and since then has been overwhelmingly complimentary. Thank you so much to Marie and the team for providing such first class catering which was integral to the overall success and enjoyment of the afternoon.

At first we wanted a small reception for our daughter's christening, but when the number started to go above 50 we knew we had to employ a catering. Buffets by design was well reviewed and we decided to trust Mary and her stuff. They turned out to be not only an excellent catering service, by also understanding, professional and helpful. Our guests loved the food and there was enough and more for all of them. I will definitely recommend this service to family and friends and will use them in future for other occasions.

We used buffets by design for our end of year rugby awards night the service was fantastic very professional and we'll run the food is great very tasty and lots of it which was a bonus with a load of hungry rugby players. I used Buffets By Design for a reception after my late mothers funeral, Marie and her team supplied a lovely spread together with tea and coffee served in proper cups and saucers. Having researched several companies via the internet and then comparing them with known caterers, we asked Buffet by Design to formalise a quote for a 100th birthday celebration in a church hall. Marie insisted on visiting the venue and the final menu was agreed. On the day they arrived with adequate time to set up with four attendess. We had many compliments about the quality of the food and the service was perfect. I would certainly use Buffet by Design again and recommend them to others!

Thank you so much to Marie and her team for the amazing food and service on our wedding day. From the start of the process over a year ago, Marie’s help in organising and planning the day was instrumental to its success – not just the food aspect but the timings and logistics as well. The food on the day and the team’s attention to detail was all amazing. They were the first to arrive at our reception venue and ensured that everything was in place for the guests arrival after the ceremony. I keep getting such good comments from guests on the food. My Nan in particular loved the canapés, I'm still reminiscing about the gravy on the sausage and mash and the sticky toffee pudding was one of the best some of the guests had tasted! Best wedding food we could have had in my opinion. Would highly recommend Buffets by Design!

A big thank you to Marie and the Buffets by design team. We ran slightly late back to the venue and a quick call to Marie confirmed all was well and everything was set up waiting for us. Food was served quickly and efficiently and not only that but tasted fantastic. People went back for seconds and even thirds! The team were very friendly and discreet. I wanted to let you know that you were thanked during the speeches but you were very politely positioned outside the reception during this time. Marie always responded quickly during the planning process and made everything as simple as possible for us. Just a quick note to say thank you to Janice, Liz and Jessica. The food was delicious and they were fantastic. It was a shame that the party decided to locate itself in the kitchen and get under your feet but perhaps it's a sign of a good party. Charlie, the birthday boy, had a great day.
