I 'phoned Phil following a crisis just before Christmas. Although he was just about to start his Christmas break he came round to assess the problem and promptly spent the rest of the day draining down my hot water system, fitting a new tank and get things up and running and back to normal(fuelled by coffee and mince pies!). We had a warm and cosy Christmas thanks to Phil. What else can I say - what a service!
