Waste collections during the Easter holiday period

Collections will be made on Good Friday as normal.

There will be no collections on Easter Monday so collections that week will be carried out a day later. 

Crews will be working on Saturday 6th April to complete the round and catch up. From week commencing Monday 8th April collections will be back to normal.

Please note: In some areas refuse and recycling collections can take place as early as 7am, so please ensure you have all bins and/or recycling boxes and food caddies presented in good time.

Special Note about recycling of Easter cardboard and foil

You can reduce the amount of waste that goes to landfill by recycling as much as you possibly can this Easter. When you receive those delicious Easter eggs don’t forget to recycle all the foil and the cardboard packaging.
