To Sir with Love - a Top Class Performance

There are so many powerful adjectives to describe this performance of To Sir with Love - heartwarming, harrowing, funny, tragic, thought-provoking and lively to name but a few.

The music, dance and humour is entertaining and enjoyable, and strikes a wonderful contrast to the racism, sexism and cynicism that exists alongside it.

It was good to see Matthew Kelly as the headmaster Florian and he was well-matched by the performances of the other main characters including the young Monica and Denham, by no means forgetting Braithwaite himself.

I would most definitely recommend To Sir with Love as a brilliant evening's enetertainment plus a talking point for quite a while after!
