The Mayor is raising money for her designated charities and at the same time discovering the selection and variety of ales that Cheltenham has to offer.

If you would like to take part in the Real Ale Trail simply come along to the Albion club in North Place for 8pm. At 9.15pm the trail moves to St Georges Vaults, and ends at the Bayshill Inn at 10.30pm

Mayor Wendy Flynn, says: “The last trail was a great success and everyone really enjoyed themselves. It is a fun way to get to know some of Cheltenham’s real ale pubs and meet up with friends – whilst also raising money for charity.”

Each participating pub is offering raffle prizes to be drawn at each venue. Plus there will be collection pots in each pub 7-10 days before the trail.

The first Real Ale Trail raised £350 for the Mayor’s chosen charities which are:

  • Hester’s Way Neighbourhood Project
  • Victim Support, and
  • Cheltenham Animal Shelter
