Really high quality photos and sales particulars, professional accompanied viewings with financially verified prospective buyers. Having relocated during the marketing phase, Balgores delivered by making the whole process simple and straightforward for me from a long-distance. The sales progression team made the whole process pain free all the way through to completion, with special mention for Marie. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Daniel Lawrence in my quest for a rental property. I’ve never, in what seems a long time of searching dealt with someone like Daniel. He always has his phone to hand, any questions I had were answered ASAP, any updates on my situation were relayed immediately.
He is super kind, approachable, knowledgable. He had extensive information on the local area and was able to point me in the direction of all things necessary to my day to day life. We also thoroughly inspected the home together to make sure everything is in order.
In conclusion i’d highly recommend Balgores, and Daniel himself to anybody looking for a new home wether that be buying, renting or selling. Extremely professional, extremely efficient.
