Very happy with the service in particular Allanah Buckroyd.
We had previously sold our property with another agent but our buyer pulled out close to exchange. We then instructed Balgores Chelmsford, Allanah and the team quickly arranged viewings and was able to secure a new buyer who could proceed quickly. We exchanged 3 weeks later!
Balgores Sales Progressor (we had Sarah Oakley) was very responsive and kept on top of the proceedings.

We viewed a house with Balch in the middle of the lockdown. As the house was vacant, Trefor was able to show us the house at a time that suited us. We immediately fell in love with the house, but hadn't sold ours at that point so were not in a position to make an offer. It took a few months for us to eventually sell, but all along the way, Trefor kept me up to date with the status of the house we loved. When the time finally came for us to make an offer, there was also another party interested in the property and it was a very fraught time! But Trefor was brilliant and we finally negotiated a great deal. Trefor's professionalism and his absolute honesty is what I loved the most - he was realistic with his views of the property market during the pandemic and never gave us any false hope. The office was always prompt with answering the phone and Trefor always replied to my emails too. The sale eventually went through quickly and relatively smoothly. I don't intend on moving house ever again, but if I ever did, then it would be Balch Estates that I would contact in the first instance. Thanks very much to Trefor and his team!

I have actually just had the best kind of experience with the manager of Balgores Chelmsford, Allanah, who has personally gone out of her way, to rectify an issue I had with her branch. I acknowledge that she didn't need to do that but sometimes the most satisfied customers are the ones who initially were the most aggrieved. She has just restored my faith in her office and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
