Very professional and helpful Michael Charles helped me to find my new home in the area and sort out all the necessary paperwork. It was challenging times post corona lockdown and I really wanted to relocate from London. We just purchased a flat through Balgores, we dealt with Allanah and Sarah both very helpful and on the ball, Sarah especially good at chasing Solicitors and keeping us updated, she was always happy to answer questions and quick to find out answers to any queries we had, subsequently the whole thing took approx 10 weeks from offer to Completion. Probably as stress free as you can get purchasing property!
