I recently moved into rented property - let through Balgores Chelmsford. The lettings agent - Callum Wright (who deserves a pay rise) - was absolutely fantastic, his communication was spot on and he went above and beyond on a number of occasions - specifically with a number of furniture deliveries that arrived prior to the official handover. This was absolutely invaluable during the moving process from South London to Chelmsford. I've already recommended Balgores (and Callum) to a colleague who is looking to move soon and won't hesitate to provide the same recommendation in future :-)
