I recently used Balgores in Chelmsford and found Allannah Buckroyd to be most professional, helpful, friendly, informative and fantastic throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always happy to go that 'extra mile' without any hesitation.<br><br>For the follow up on my sale and purchase, this was dealt with by Marie Ball who was always providing me with updates and was there for anything I needed or to liaise on.<br><br>Both Allannah and Marie our an asset to your company and l would happily recommend Balgores.

Excellent, went with a fixed fee firm at first, swapped to Balgores, a different world, people to answer the phone, a department which chances your sale, you can ring and speak to them. They completed for me with a stretching deadline, I could not have asked for more. Allannah who took the property on was prepared with evidence of similar properties sold in the area and allowing for inflation over time, she was spot on for what we sold at. It is also great to have a professional to ask about staging the property. Allannah ran an open day for us we went shopping, we had three offers all vetted for ability to pay and their position.

At the outset we approached Balgores for a valuation on our house, they responded very quickly and promptly found three people interested in buying our house before it was even marketed. Within 48 hours we had an offer. Allanah was brilliant. Marie then picked up the reins keeping our buyers informed as we went through the traumatic process of trying to secure a new home in Devon. After several protracted attempts we found our new home, the fourth attempt, and throughout Marie made sure we didnt lose our buyers. We then needed to sell a second house and again Allanah and Marie came to the fore. Marie is totally professional and committed to her job, shame there are not more like her.<br><br>In our search we came across many agents, some of whom could learn a lot from Allanah and Marie on how to do business. Two of the houses we tried to buy have since come back on the market as the deals fell through - they should have used Balgores. I am hard to please and expect a lot, Balgores delivered and I whole heartedly would recommend them.
