Fantastic service. Balgores helped with my first home, and made the whole process as smooth as it could have been.<br><br>Michael stayed an hour after the close of business two days in a row to help me progress quickly with finding the right mortgage. He gave balanced, fair and useful insights with mortgages.<br><br>The other staff at Balgores are also really friendly, responsive, and I would thoroughly recommend using their services. I will definitely consider using them again if I need property agents in the future.<br><br>The lawyers they referred me to (APL, based in Leeds) and Countrywide solicitors were also very good. It was useful to be able to rely on Balgores and it certainly paid off. Thanks Balgores team!

I am so pleased that I went to Balgores Chelmsford<br>I needed to find a property quickly near to my new job<br>Michael Bacon in the Lettings department talked me through the process and paperwork.<br>He then took me to four properties, my problem became which one to rent.<br>Again Michael gave great advice helping me to pick the best property for me.<br>The whole thing became a delight, I am now living in a place that meets all my requirements<br>Safe in the knowledge that it will be continuously overseen by Balgores.<br>Happy happy Happy

From the very first meeting with Mike Bacon at my rental property, it was clear to me that I was going to entrust him to look after my investment. We spent over an hour discussing the process of renting and I was left highly impressed with his attitude, knowledge and enthusiasm.<br>During marketing, Mike and his team gave me feedback and advice which quickly led to an acceptable offer from a professional tenant.<br>At one stage, in the interim period between accepting the offer and tenants moving in, I thought of a query on deposit schemes while sat on my sofa at 10:25pm. I emailed Mike from my phone so that I didn’t forget, not expecting a response until the next day. I had my full, comprehensive reply from Mike within 10 minutes! I can’t tell you how much that impressed me.<br>The tenants moved in some time ago and things are going well. If there is ever an issue, it is dealt with by the property manager Jade Sharpe in a speedy, efficient manor.<br>I can’t recommend Mike and his Balgores team highly enough and I certainly won’t be using any other agent. Well done guys.

A friend recommended Balch Estate Agents in Chelmsford as they had been delighted with their service.<br>We have been so delighted with the level of service and support that we’ve had from Trefor during the entire process. Selling our house was relatively easy, it’s all the problems that emerge during the transaction. Trefor kept us informed at all times. He was in contact with agents and solicitors up the line.<br>The online agent that our seller used was not helpful, difficult to contact and didn’t seem to try and push things through. You pays your money........<br>Once again our thanks to Trefor and the team at Balch.

I was strongly recommended to try Balgores after having a disastrous time house hunting with alternate companies.<br>I cannot express how pleased I am that I (eventually) took the advice. The service I received from start to finish was exceptional, and the agent (Michael Bacon) went above and beyond to make sure that I found a rental property that ticked every box I had, and even went as far as to offer local advice (I'm new to Chelmsford) and checked in to see how the move had gone, which was a very nice touch.<br>Wouldn't even bother looking to any other companies should I need to move again.

It's easy to complain about a service, but few of us bother to tell when we have exceptionally good service! Melvin, Trefor and the team once again delivered a professional , highly experienced service, that goes above and beyond what you would expect. Not once in our house sale process were we not completely kept informed and updated. Balch are a perfect example of a "bricks and mortar" agency that you won't regret using, well done!

I used Balgores in Chelmsford to both buy and sell my house. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, keeping me well informed throughout the process. The team are friendly and appear to communicate well with one another to ensure that they are all familar with your sale/purchase, updating you at every stage. I cannot recommend them enough, so much so that since my house sale I have recommended Balgores to friends, who are also very impressed with the service that they have received.

I've moved around a lot and dealt with my far share of agents, honestly if you're looking for a great estate agent go with Allannah, she has been more than brilliant !!!! she found us so many properties to look at and found us our new home, we have been kept us up to date at all times and never had to chase her, when we sold our home Allannah and the team went over and above when our first buyers pulled out. we've been given great advise finding a great solicitors and financial service.we literally can't say enough good things or recommend her highly enough, or the team at Balgores Chelmsford.<br>Thankyou x
