Excellent choice on the lunchtime menu which included a glass of house wine with a starter and a main course for less than £15. Living near Clacton on Sea it’s a bit too far to pop in but next time I’m in Chelmsford I’ll be back as the food was excellent and the staff attentitive.

I used Balgores to sell my house after failing with another agent. Their enthusiasm and dedication puts them well ahead of some other agents. I was with my first agent for 4 months, and in that time I had 9 viewings. In 4 months with Balgores, I had 54 viewings and 4 offers. Balgores also sent a professional photographer who made our house look like a show home. Fantastic job all round, especially from Brad, Allannah, Casey, and Matt.
