I arranged a table to celebrate my mum's 81st birthday and there were 14 of us. I called the restaurant a few times to change booking etc and they were always extremely helpful.
Our table was ready on time and the service was excellent considering there were 14 of us. The menu choice was very good with specials as well.
Food was excellent, good choice of wines/cocktails etc.
They made sure my mum had a lovely birthday and we would all definitely return.
Thank you to all of the staff for making our celebrations perfect.

She was so pleasant to speak with and showed commitment and care towards me. I felt I was being treated in very high regard. I also had the pleasure of working with her team Ben and Daniel who are two exceptional agents and like Starr, clearly enjoy doing the best they can for their clients. I felt a genuine happy team vibe which made working with them a joy. I had the best possible experience, and I am so glad I chose to call Balgores, Chelmsford. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A fantastic service start to finish. We booked short notice after a covid interrupted wedding and the team could not do more for us, planning, ideas and execution very straight forward, honest and well priced. So many compliments received from guests on quality of food and friendliness of waiting staff. They helped in every detail, keeping the party going with serving drinks and clearing glasses, topping ppl up and mopping up spillages! Could t recommend more highly. Thank you again.
