From the minute we had a call with Dave, and he told us he could make a 'mean haggis bon bon' (for this Scottish bride) we knew we wanted to book Plenty of Thyme!<br><br>Dave took away our ideas and requests and turned them in to a menu which sounded truly mouthwatering - exactly the kind of food we like to eat.<br><br>This was proven when we spent a dreary January evening, tasting the food and chatting through our day to Jess - who is also an absolute dream to deal with. We were blown away and spent the next 8 months looking forward to eating it again on our wedding day!<br><br>In the run up, no question of mine was too silly for Nadia - who would always reply to me promptly.<br><br>On the day, Nadia and the team were superb - ensuring all our guests were well looked after, fed and watered! It was a large wedding so I know this was no mean feat! But they managed it professionally and with aplomb. So many of our guests said the food was incredible (and it was!). We opted for feasting/sharing style platters which got everyone talking and socialising.<br><br>We can't thank you enough for all your efforts and for making our wedding day so spectacular - we will be recommending you to everyone!<br><br>Thanks<br>Zoe & Aaron x

We would as always highly recommend Jimmy and Devoted Events. Jimmy is very professional and friendly, the set is amazing. The Crispy Creme Tower brought back childhood memories for Chloe!
Theo manned the photo booth all evening and at the end presented Chloe and Cornell with a precious photo album.Whether your celebrations are big or small Devoted events are the company for you. 😁

There are 2 golf courses, easy and hard, we did both. The easy one is OK, not a lot of room to move around and a family of 4 would struggle to fit in the playing spaces for each hole. The hard one has more room to move around and is much more fun to play although one or 2 sections are very hard and a little cheating came into play. Some parts of the decor on both courses are looking well worn, floor spaces damaged, marks and holes in some walls. Overall definitely needs some TLC but the staff are very helpful and greet you with a smile. Not sure we would pay another visit.

The food and service here are excellent. Everything came out in good time and was very nice. The staff were also great and even made extra effort to provide a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu.<br><br>The only thing I’ll say is that the atmosphere was a little loud. Nothing anyone could do as the buildings round here are build that way.<br><br>I’ll definitely return here as other diners had some amazing looking food so I’d like to explore the menu a bit more.

We were recommended this restaurant by some of our B&B guests and it was a great recommendation. Travelling from Norfolk to meet up with friends from Croydon we had a bright welcoming and had a window table. Our starters were varied but all delicious, followed by equally delicious and varied mains. We finished off with ice creams and coffees. We were never rushed, the food and service was of a very high standard and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend II Palazzo. We will return on our next visit, many thanks.
