Not an exaggeration to say Balgores were amazing in every aspect and every moment of our home selling/purchasing.
Having tried multiple estate agents we have the benefit of comparing with others and Balgores are a clear winner.
From the very start, they have provided us with professional and timely advice, have been honest and never created the impression that they would do anything detrimental for their customers be that us or our buying counterparty. They had different people to assist us in the various steps involved and all were more than great to work with. Georgie, Oscar, Richard and others were of great help.
The fees were clearly explained before signing a cooperation agreement and never changed.
Richard was amazing throughout the negotiation process and always strived to obtained a best deal for us which he achieved in an end on both our sale AND purchase.

I was relocating to Chelmsford from Leicester, but finding a space was difficult in chelmsford as i could not go there personally and talk to any agencies. But Balgores made that process so easy. They been in constant contact with everything and I am excited to move in to the property.

I was helped by Ben to get a property to rent, he was very attentive and kept me in the loop with all updates on the status of my application, the previous agents I had before, I dealt with another company called abbotts for my previous property, they were no where near as helpful as what Ben has been.

Working with Ben to secure a rental property after our main property was damaged by burst pipe. Ben has been extremely proactive in identifying a property and then taking us through the referencing process to hopefully to the end . Recently went through the renting process with Ben and Jody from the Chelmsford office. Both are super professional and great estate agents! I decided to rent a flat through Balgores due to the positive reviews I read online, and they didn't dissapoint. Ben guided me through the referencing process, kept me updated at all times, and answered all my questions. I'm now waiting to move into my flat in April. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!
