I am a bit biased as I learnt about Zane and his team with all the good they do around sustainability and supporting local businesses and charity in Chelmsford and the greater Essex area. However, not as surprised as when wifey gave up a birthday gift to visit the distillery (with her) and sample the raw product. Fantastic and enlightening. DON'T drive there and have a SOUND LUNCH afterwards. 'Big Up!' to Zane from a fellow Hackney turned Essex 'Boy'....and my Dad was absolutely over the moon with his 88th birthday gift. Kevin & Vicky.

We had a great time doing the “tour and taste”! Zane was an excellent host and really did a great job in promoting Essex Spirits for all the right reasons.
We walked out with a bottle of Gin-o-cello which goes well in the sun!

We had a brilliant time at the ‘Make Your Own’ distillery tour and tasting. It was great to hear Zane’s story of how he has grown his business over the last few years, and that he has maintained the ethos of supporting quality, local businesses; it was really inspiring and interesting - as was the tour itself! Informative and fun, makes this event a brilliant way to spend a few hours! I’d highly recommend.

Consistently on time, which was my biggest issue with a previous barber trying to squeeze people into my allocated time.
Great environment along with air conditioning. The chat is always decent and adds to the welcoming vibe! Highly recommended.

Loved it! We went there with a friend who's very fussy about new food places and she enjoyed it a lot. The food is really tasty and the staff are great and Italian, was nice to speak with them in our native language 😊

I was in this beautiful place last night and I have very nice dishes.The food was amazing.And the staff very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.I was sitting near the the window and near us was sitting a table of 7 people.They were very rude with the staff and with the owner as well. They spoke very rudely to the staff and their behavior left much to be desired. The owner should take them out for what they did. The staff was very friendly and spoke very nicely to them but their behavior left much to be desired. People like them should not be allowed in the restaurant.

Pre show dinner regulars. Very busy, great food, service, attitude, environment. The approach here is to make an enjoyable dining experience with friendly service and good with fair priced food. We will be back ! And happy to leave a service tip.
