We had our property up with another agency for a number of months without much success. We moved to Allannah at Bangor’s and within 3 weeks it was sold. Allannah worked tirelessly to ensure that we sold quickly, she screened all potential clients so there was no time wasters, the photographs and marketing materials were excellent. This is my 2nd time renting but my first time with Balgores. I must say the whole process compared to my previous tenancy has been overall a dream. The letting agent, Ben, was very accommodating, helpful and clear about processes. Assisted my roommate and I through all the steps. I found the whole process really streamline on Balgores end, throughout, for all these reason. Very happy with the service thus far. Thank you!
