Allannah and Richard worked tirelessly to market and sell the Property in a sensible, strategic way which achieved the result we needed. They also managed a particularly challenging buyer.
Additional shout out to Sarah who works in their progressing department who is brilliant, shows empathy with clients and understands the challenges faced when a family moves.
Throughout my dealings I was kept informed and treated with a personal touch. Should I ever decide to move on again, I will be giving them a call.

Great location for Chelmsford Theatre (1 minute away). Definitely book a table as it was very busy. The food was fabulous but unfortunately the service on our visit was poor and we had a very long wait to even order drinks let alone food- think it was just too busy. Would go again but with the knowledge that it may be slow and worth it for the food! 👍
Vegetarian options: There were at least a couple of options on both the pasta and pizza menus - you had to scan to find the (V) but didn’t see any Vegan options…
