I had a brilliant experience with Balgores Chelmsford. This was my first time selling a property and it was a difficult situation as I was selling with an ex partner with limited communication between us. Richard handled this excellently, being very understanding, professional, knowledgeable and approachable. We were given an accurate quote, unlike the inflated quotes we received elsewhere - in a bid to secure our business- which I really appreciated. The marketing was very effective and we had frequent, honest feedback. We had lots of viewings and I really got the impression that the whole team was working hard together to get us a sale- no matter who answered the phone in the sales team I would be dealt with professionally and cheerfully!
Once we had a buyer the team continued to go above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and efficiently.
I would highly recommend choosing Balgores to sell your property and would definitely use them again.

After renting for nearly 7 years I found myself in a position to be able to purchase a property again.
From start to finish Balgores have been absolutely wonderful. Dan (their broker) got me a brilliant deal on a mortgage.
Every single person that works there are so helpful and understood my situation, buying a property on my own.
They really helped me and went the extra mile to find my dream home.
I truly cannot thank them enough for making this such an exciting experience for me.
They also have something where you pay a fee and can’t be gazumped (worth the cost) which made me feel at ease.
If you are looking at buying or selling a property you won’t be disappointed with their service.

We went as a group on the Chelmsford cocktail event that was going on. We had two in our group that were not drinking so they ordered the mocktails, which were advertised as £4 (cocktails were £5) and every other pub and restaurant had adhered to. We were charged £5 at the Garrison, and when we questioned it the barman said "there must be a miss print on the flyer" that we had on us and showed him. Every other establishment we went to had charged us the correct amount, only the Garrison, which was part of the event (only certain pubs and restaurants were), didn't.

Jimmy and the Devoted Events team were absolutely phenomenal – full of energy, fun, and so incredibly thoughtful in making our day feel truly special. We hired an oval Photo Booth from Devoted Events for our wedding on 3rd September and couldn't have had a better experience. Jimmy greeted my husband and I upon arrival and was lovely, and the two team members on site who managed the Photo Booth on the night were outstanding. They were warm and welcoming, encouraged our guests to use the Photo Booth and then sign our photo book (a lovely touch by the company where one copy of the photos taken by each group is given to the guests and another is put in a photo book for the Bride and Groom with a personal message). They arrived on time and stayed until the end of the night, set up and pack down was seamless. The oval Photo Booth was easy to use, had lots of fun props, and all of our guests used it and loved it. After our wedding it's been so lovely to go through our photo book reading all of our guests' messages and photos, and it's been great to also have a USB with the digital copies of all the photos too.

Devoted Events were absolutely fantastic! Our DJ Ian was incredible and we had a quick meeting with him first to discuss how the evening reception events were going to go. He was excellent with introducing us as a newly married couple and went above and beyond to help the day go smoothly from speeches in between courses to our first dance and then to a lovely evening dancing the night away! Ian had our requests on hand but also added some absolute bangers! It was perfect! Highly recommend!! Thank you for making it all seamless and stress free!
