We enjoyed a great tasting session with Plenty of Thyme and were really impressed with the food - but had no idea how the taste and quality of presentation would be able to scale for our 100 wedding guests...well, we were blown away on the day. The food was absolutely delicious and as beautifully presented as when Dave was only cooking for two of us! All our guests went out of their way to comment on how good the food was too. PoT were also really quick to respond to queries and helpful with tweaking the menu to our tastes. Would highly highly recommend. Couldn't have been better.

100% recommend! Jimmy is the best host & DJ we could ever have imagined. His package covers everything you need from lawn games, to Krispy Kreme’s to spark streams. Jimmy & his team were always available for questions & nothing we asked Jimmy to do was too much.
The spark streams are a must!

Stumbled accros this place whilst searching for "Halal" after the cricket at Essex County Cricket Ground. All the chicken in Shwings is halal. There are some really creative flavourful chicken wing dishes on the menu. Interesting stuff. I had the mango chicken curry burger. Sounded good, but lacked in flavour. There were actual real mango pieces in the burger, but would be better with a sweet mango chutney instead as it just tasted like nothing. Was a good experience and great venue and customer service. Shame there was a service charge for a takeaway! Left a sour taste when it came to paying.

We booked an early dinner as we heard it got busy later..We were very well looked after and everyone really enjoyed their food and service.👍

Staff was amazing!!! The staff is credit to management!! 2 being gluten free they knew all ok for what to eat!! Found portions smaller than than 1st time visiting but all produce has gone up and upderstand!!
