We sold our house last year with balgores and can't fault their service. The viewings were organised and were arranged to minimise causing any inconvenience, they communicated well throughout the process, and were very helpful when dealing with other agents (who were very much less helpful). We dealt with a few people from the Chelmsford office, and all were brilliant.

I sold my house through Balgores Chelmsford and also purchased our new home through Balgores Chelmsford. We originally tried to sell my house through another estate agents, however the service was extremely poor, no support or communication, we were extremely upset with the service, so we changed to Balgores as I was contacted by Allannah as she was aware of the situation as we were buying through Balgores, she made our selling process hassle free. She/Balgores sold our house off market before it even hit right move. We are extremely pleased with the service we have received from start to finish. Can’t thank Allannah and her team enough. Also, a special mention to Marie who was supportive throughout our process. Highly recommended buying & selling through Balgores. Thank you!
