Balgores were recommended to us by a family member and we were put in contact with Allannah. Straight from the start upon meeting her we were very impressed in her knowledge of the market and local area, professionalism and speed of getting the sale of our property up and running.<br>The Photographer came and took some fantastic photos and really made the house look its best. The sales brochure was professional and well written. (We had put our house for sale a year earlier with another local sales agent and the difference was like chalk and cheese. Photos were rubbish, write up was poor and interest in the property was poor, needless to say it didn't sell and we took it off the market).<br>Balgores professionalism and quality was a different level, and we had multiple viewings and several offers after the first week of going online, and Sale agreed shortly after at a great price for us. They kept us informed regularly and if there were any issues they were on the case straight away.<br>A big thank you and well done to Allannah and the Balgores team. Would highly recommend them and use them again if selling our property in the future.

Really high quality photos and sales particulars, professional accompanied viewings with financially verified prospective buyers. Having relocated during the marketing phase, Balgores delivered by making the whole process simple and straightforward for me from a long-distance. The sales progression team made the whole process pain free all the way through to completion, with special mention for Marie. I would highly recommend Balgores as a sales agent - well worth the commission

He had extensive information on the local area and was able to point me in the direction of all things necessary to my day to day life. We also thoroughly inspected the home together to make sure everything is in order.<br><br>In conclusion i’d highly recommend Balgores, and Daniel himself to anybody looking for a new home wether that be buying, renting or selling.
