We viewed a house with Balch in the middle of the lockdown. As the house was vacant, Trefor was able to show us the house at a time that suited us. We immediately fell in love with the house, but hadn't sold ours at that point so were not in a position to make an offer. It took a few months for us to eventually sell, but all along the way, Trefor kept me up to date with the status of the house we loved. When the time finally came for us to make an offer, there was also another party interested in the property and it was a very fraught time! But Trefor was brilliant and we finally negotiated a great deal. Trefor's professionalism and his absolute honesty is what I loved the most - he was realistic with his views of the property market during the pandemic and never gave us any false hope. The office was always prompt with answering the phone and Trefor always replied to my emails too. The sale eventually went through quickly and relatively smoothly. I don't intend on moving house ever again, but if I ever did, then it would be Balch Estates that I would contact in the first instance. Thanks very much to Trefor and his team!

I have actually just had the best kind of experience with the manager of Balgores Chelmsford, Allanah, who has personally gone out of her way, to rectify an issue I had with her branch. I acknowledge that she didn't need to do that but sometimes the most satisfied customers are the ones who initially were the most aggrieved. She has just restored my faith in her office and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Update: December 2023<br>We've had continuous good property management service from Balgores. I addition, we've just had excellent service on reletting our property. Especial thanks to Bobbi Scott (PM), Jody Manno (Lettings) and Chris Ping. We've now been with Balgores for over 8 years.<br><br>We'd like to thank Mica for her very pro-active approach to finding tenants for our property. She's been great finding tenants each time we need to. In fact, within a day of advertising this time she had a tenant viewing the property....and just 10 days later the tenant had moved in. All very well managed.<br><br>She listened carefully to our needs, their needs and matched the two sides. She minimised the time between tenants for us, but allowed time for us to redecorate, whilst quickly solving the tenants' problem - their previous property had fallen through. Balgores have been our letting and management agents for 5 years and that has been a good choice on both sides.
