As a first time seller, Brad gave me plenty of advice on how best to sell my home. So much so he and his team managed to sell the property within the first weekend of it being up for sale! From there, Brad kept in constant contact with me along with his colleague Sarah, until the very end when the property exchanged and completed. Michael at Balgores was absolutely brilliant in helping my girlfriend and I, find our first flat together. Michael was always on hand to give us information on all the properties that were in our price bracket. Callum was also a great worker along side Michael. Very professional and helpful Michael Charles helped me to find my new home in the area and sort out all the necessary paperwork. It was challenging times post corona lockdown and I really wanted to relocate from London. Demand was high, my availability for viewings limited and we therefore had to act fast once we found what I was looking for and cant imagine doing it without Michael.<br>Cant recommend enough
