Most importantly in the last 3 years that property has never been empty. Literally one tenant out and the next straight in. We had an excellent tasting experience by the owner Zane who told us how he set up his business in his grandmothers garage during Covid lockdown. He cares as much as is possible for the environment and sources his ingredients locally as far as possible. The gins are all excellent and I will certainly be getting refills. I have today enjoyed a sunny afternoon in the garden sipping the Army & Navy dry. Superb. Next will be the Gin-O-Cello. I thoroughly recommend that you give his unique Gins a try.

From the start of the process with the call handler triaging my call, through to the sale, it has been a delight to work with Allanah, Ellie & Sarah at Balgores in Chelmsford. Allanah was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, having done research and comparisons t9 show me beforehand.
We went through with the sale and all throughout the process, which is fraught with obstacles, the team were with us all the way. If I needed anything, they were there for me. As we approached the sale, Balgores were in touch with our buyers, our seller’s estate agents and solicitors and definitely helped smooth the path to the sale.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with the team and 8 cannot recommend them highly enough.

Music in the evening was superb, and catered for everything we requested prior to the wedding, Even last minute changes on the day were no problem at all for him. Thanks so much for everything.
