We did a “Make Your Own Spirit” session. We received a warm welcome with a complimentary drink before having a tour of the distillery. We then had a gin tasting before we were set loose to create our very own bottle of gin. We had great fun during our visit, we were well looked after and each part of the experience was just the right duration. We particularly enjoyed creating our own gin from the many and varied ingredients available to us. A thoroughly enjoyable experience, thank you to Zane and the team.

Shwings has moved from it's old haunt and is now in the garrison. If you are a regular its probably a massive bonus as the food is a go. Just as good as before still highly appealing. Prices remain high but worth what you get. Extremely good taste, and the chef was friendly.<br><br>For me, unfortunately the setting is a big step backwards, I would go to Shwings as it was a great setting with a nice atmosphere, meanwhile the Garrison was cold because the Air-conditioning was on full blast when it's 6c outside, there was no feel to the placr s its a night club and in the daylight it looks 400 years old, night time you wouldn't notice.<br><br>I hope it goes back to the old concept til then it won't be a regular place to visit.
