During torrential rain the Garrison staff came out with the huge umbrellas and rescuer us sheltering in doorways. I know my 2 young children the elderly man with his grandson appreciated their efforts when they had absolutely no reason to help us. We sheltered in the warm until the rain stopped. Credit to them.
