The room is basic but fine for an overnight stay. Good location in the centre of Chelmsford. Parking nearby which is cheap for an overnight stay (£2.50). Would advise to bring own toiletries as none provided in room.

Food is quite expensive for what you get. Drinks are reasonably priced. Very dark and dingy for a lunchtime meal. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Much better places to eat in Chelsmford.

Visited for drinks on a Saturday. Bar staff were quick and friendly. Drinks priced reasonably with a good selection available. Good music and atmosphere.

Came here for breakfast. They opened up for me even though I was early. Staff was very attentive and pleasant and enjoyed a full English breakfast and two hot chocolates for less than a tenner. And they did Heinz ketchup - what more could you ask for.

Good location in the centre of town with friendly staff. Inside there is plenty of space and different seating areas. Only had a few drinks there, but it has a good atmosphere.
