I bought some product from Darren over 20 years ago from the Southend Store, service and products was excellent. 16 years ago I purchased 2 TVs and a hi-fi Centre again the service was excellent, the installation was not easy for them as I wes having other work done in the house at that time and it is over 100 years old. But nothing was to much trouble for Darren’s team. I have just had to more TVs installed by Darren and he’s team, and again the service was excellent. Some people would say you should expect that type of customer service when you buy a top end product, but there’re is service and there service and Darren and he’s team go beyond. That are a credit to the Bang & Olufsen brand

Very lovely atmosphere, great staff, everyone very friendly and welcoming, golf courses are amazing and they’ve used the space they had very efficiently!! Child friendly and if you’ve not got your children, great cocktails, definite go to place for pre drinks before going into town! Absolute favourite has to be the UV tunnel. Would go again anytime
